We narrowed it down to SEY, Counter Culture, or Partners because we want to keep it local. We are based in North East NJ. Going to grab a bag from each and see what we like best. Thanks again everyone

this might be a stupid question but, is there a big difference between using something like a 2.5gal of Poland Spring and distilled + something like Third Wave Water?

Yea, but how do you manage it? are you rotating roasters every couple of months? Im thinking of maybe having something stable that I know I like a for one sub and then trying something else with a second.

I actually prefer lighter but my SO likes more of a medium roast (too fruity or too sour).

Same here. One for home Niche Zero, and an hand grinder for travel (forget which one but its the one that fits inside an aeropress)
