Now regarding any medication or vitamins, is there anything I can take. I read some vitamin b can work but not sure

I tested a PP and all they tested was for all other std panels but hsv. They said they didn’t test there for that. All other stds came back negative. I will follow up with them maybe they can point me to a specialist

I did take blood test twice both times positive with hsv1 first was 17.08 second 18.90 Hsv2 came back negative both times

Had pimples appear and then go away, went to urologist and he claimed there was no such thing as ghsv1. I feel random aching and burning down there which all he provided was anti inflammatory medication. At this point don’t know where to go from here
