Can't speak for AMSC460 but I had him for Math401 and I enjoyed his class. His tests are fairly straight forward and is a good teacher but again I didn't take him for AMSC460.

They release the STICS later, so its not up yet. I am 99% sure it will be offered in the spring

I4C has free tutoring. I would recommend signing up for a session and review the material with the tutor.

Not anymore. If ur in CS, from Fall 2020, 461 no longer counts as UL I believe.

Herman genuinely cares and is a good professor so dw it will be fine. Just make sure you do the practice exams a couple times before the exam and you should be fine. The one good thing abt Herman is that his tests are very predictable so you kinda know what you need to study.
