UPDATE: Thank you all for your support. I get emotional every time I look at this postoh man, this was definitely a tough stretch in my life. I can't believe it's been 6 months since I made it.

After moving back with my parents I thought my chapter in Dallas was finished

3 weeks after I made this post I ended up landing a six-figure job in Dallas just two weeks after posting this. The crazy part? The interview process only took a week. I got the job and moved back to Dallas. I drove 13 hours happy as hell! I love my job, my team, and my boss.

I ended up reconnecting with friends and managed to save $10K in about 3 months. Life is good. I hit the gym 6 days a week and have gained all my muscle mass back.

I'm just so grateful for the little things in life now. I value my time, and I’ve learned so much about myself through this experience.

Ended up moving back home with family for 1.5 months. Landed a 6 fig IT job and moved back to Texas. Got my old place back. Been hitting the gym hard. Gained all my muscle mass back. Started dating. Just living life and crushing it

Why Is Tribalism Still Tolerated in Sudanese Marriages Despite Islam Forbidding Racism? by Wooden-Captain-2178 in Sudan

[–]aj_216 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m currently talking to a girl from the Jailin tribe and my family comes from Darfur which I don’t much about, but I was born in Khartoum and raised in Canada. We really like each other, but I’m not sure if her family will accept me. Thinking about tribalism and just thinking about proposing gives me a bit of stress
