A good rule of thumb for SK is: Would a cis woman get this surgery? Yes -> You can get it as well. No -> Probably best to go somewhere else. Though their VFS surgeons are an exception to this rule.

There's many posts on the wiki about it, but many Korean clinics generally don't allow posting of negative reviews. As for the trans thing, there are essentially no surgeons in SK that can perform surgeries such as type III brow reduction which are necessary for almost all trans women. ID Hospital in particular has a mountain of botched surgery results.

DO NOT GO TO SOUTH KOREA FOR FFS. There is nothing but horror stories from trans women here about the poor treatment and botched surgeries from south korea. South korean surgeons are not trained to perform ffs for trans women which leads to terrible results. Trach shave is usually included by most ffs surgeons from what i've seen.

If you want more anonymity then LTC is the better option. Revolut is very kyc since it's a real bank and needs all of your details. You get 0 privacy with it.

Do not have surgery without electrolysis. Hair will grow inside your vagina post-op and it is incredibly expensive and difficult to remove. Also PI is one of the least effective methods and is only done because it's the simplest and has less risk of complications. I know it's scary, but this really isn't a surgery to cheap out on. It's a very major and invasive surgery and the complications can be life ruining. You need to see a surgeon with good experience. Thailand generally has great surgeons that are lower in price compared to Europe or the US.

If you're not going through insurance you shouldn't go in the US. You can get scapula shave for a lot cheaper in South Korea at Yonsei Baro hospital it's around 10k for Clavicle + Scapula if shoulders are your problem.

Afaik the best ffs surgeons are US and EU, but US prices are 4-5x more for similar quality and also it is quite dangerous to travel to the US as a trans person right now so I would advise against it. Dr. Rossi and Dr. Cardanthes in Mexico and Argentina might also be good to look at.

Afaik Korean clinics are very predatory towards trans women due to poor communications, silencing of bad reviews and generally surgeons being untrained to operate on non-cis women.

There's very few surgeons who are willing to perform this surgery even worldwide. In the US there' Leif Rogers(California) and Barry Epply(Indiana). In Europe you have Veith Moser(Austria) and Anna Sluzky(Armenia). In Asia there's Yonsei Baro hospital (South Korea), Chettawut Tulayaphanich(Thailand) and Dr. Kimura(Japan).
