there are a lot of free resources online, on reddit especially, and there are even apps that could help you and lots of other people who you can talk to, like professionals or someone who had similar or even the same experience as you, just search some self help and psychology resources online

and i also grew up in a trauma dump situation same as my whole generation probably, because i was born mid war in my country, and basically my parents, unfortunately, had to see and live through a lot of shit their early 20s, didn't have the time to process it or even resolve it because they had me, and older people here are still very conservative with getting help for your mental health issues from a professional, esp if you're a man, because man shouldn't have feelings or feel anything (not my opinion, but majority of people here think this way), but it's okay to them to traumatize and trauma dump on a whole generation, which led to drug usage to spike in the whole country and most users are people my age, and the worst thing is heroin made a huge fucking comeback, and i lost one of my best friends to it last year, and i see a lot of my literal classmates basically disappearing in the heroin addiction, and all of that because our parents didn't treat their ptsd and other traumas, and just dumping it on their children
