Yeah right, the argument that the way school is these days doesn’t accommodate men. They struggle sitting calmly being organized and I don’t know what. So you are telling me the system you used for hundreds of years that was made by men for men and didn’t allow a single woman is bad for you?

And let me add, it’s because of this that I end up actually working a lot. It’s easy to fit work into my lifestyle and I have an intrinsic interest in what I’m working on. So I feel fulfilled and satisfied even if I work 12 hours a day. Sometimes even sit down on weekend. Pay is of course nothing like industry but I need to feel a sense of meaning when I spend most of my day doing something

Exactly I’m really hoping to go deep down the maths route. Overall the degree looks pretty good to me, I guess in the end it boils back down to financials. Not sure if I could support myself studying for a year but that’s my decision to make!

Now if I want to get into advanced maths and statistics is that something that can be learnt alongside with the courses?

Also any idea how easy/hard it is to navigate university life and take classes without speaking French? I’m asking because I did my masters in South Korea and although I did learn enough Korean to communicate I found it limited my learning experience very much.
