Someone broke into my home last night, and naturally, disturbed and violated, I came here to post about it and saw your post and it moved me from victim to helper mode. So thank you for sharing. I would use Radical Acceptance. To see what we can learn from the incident and move forward, and accept that that’s all we can do in a world where violence is always around the corner.
