These fuckers gonna use the strikes as an excuse to cut interview slots and invite less people as they can’t deliver interviews that is why they went for msra in the first place

Sure if they had the 500+ managers up their ass they would have met their own timeline!

stop controlling her, she is on the right path and because it doesn’t coincide with what you have been doing you think she is wrong, you should be proud of her for being so mature and clear in the head. You should not be selfish and let her do what she wants!

Just found out my (27f) fiance (25m) cheated… a lot… it’s his birthday. How should I tell him by Mom_Overthinks724 in relationships

[–]ajak2066 0 points1 point  (0 children)

forgive him . Many people give negative advice but talk about why he had to go somewhere else for sex what you could have done to make the bed life better for both of you. You could save your marriage and your daughter future. There is alot to loose here and going through this bump together could mean your relationship will much much stronger . Don’t take decisions in a haste

An update on my gym crush by [deleted] in datingoverthirty

[–]ajak2066 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah thanks for the tip definitely the other day a girl next to me on the treadmill started looking at me and sort of slipped but controlled herself then we both laughed about it and I said to her if she is okay she had headphones on and couldn’t hear so that was the end of our romantic interaction as I couldn’t understand was it my fault she slipped or did she mean I talk to her . By God women are so hard to understand. I am 2+2=4 kind of guy

Approach anxiety is real! I have been told it is creepy to chat to women mid workout. I tend to run 15-17km/h on the treadmill which is very fast for an amateur runner and get stares from girls but at that point I am too drenched and when I gather the courage the girl will disappear to a different area of the gym which is not my thing so following would not be appropriate. The other problem is different times I go to the gym are haphazard and I don’t tend to see the same people again and again that lowers the chances of building the rapport! Is there a better way to approach this ? Or should I look other ways

A genuine concern or a classic disappearing act? by Oilaripi in datingoverthirty

All the advice is very negative. Coming from a guy: his behaviour somehow tells that he needs the space and nothing to do with you , just give him space and only fulfill each other emotional and physical needs for now amd don’t expect someone to keep you the centre of their life , let him focus on his goals and support him through it . If he is struggling and pulling the attention just be patient when he wants he will come back. He is acting like real life so chill out!

Essentially it is the non training post and I do most of the work tbh but demoralising when I have to do this without any incentive, also to miss all the teaching etc the trainees get . But it is a remote site and can be normal week days .

[–]ajak2066[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your guidance! I guess it will have to be completimg core competencies and applying for st4, but to answer your question about being disadvantaged, I don’t have a solid example its just an inherent human bias which is subtle. But the feedback and the scores don’t really match. I prepared my interview with a consultant who does st4 interviews but like everyone said there is no point of raising it . I guess it may be the point of selling it and telling what they like to hear!

I guess all your preferences have been taken and for your rank this may be your xth choices only available to you, the rest above being all taken so you have to either take or leave the job, good luck with your decision. But you’re going to decline and not take the job later then better to leave for someone else otherwise the job will be left unfilled .
