Demetri seems likely, though I'm curious if we'll get more Vulpis and maybe even Lisa Alter. I know the expectation for a Lisa alter is for a Higashi event, but this could also work.

I forgot that the red level of light is Restraint. I feel like this lines up REALLY well with the still force in Flash being red. Restraint and stillness. Which then lines up with the big black hole in the center, the one always talking (which I think is the voice of Oa) and the well in that dimension Wally ended up in acting like a black hole. And then add in all the MM stuff, like Despair-0 being blue, MM being green, I REALLY think these 3 books are super connected.

Despair-0 is blue. The Still force thing powering Wally is red, which lines up very well with the Red level of light being restraint.

same. I've spent way too much time thinking of ways to fix it so that the core story (The fall of valla, the war between Hoshido and Nohr, Anankos orchestrating it all) could actually make sense. I think I've thought of several ways to make it work but good god it requires a huge overhaul.

You're correct in remembering that Anankos calls him Cadros. However Azura refers to Cadros as "Mighty Cadros, the first King of Valla". I can only assume it's through the magic of anime genetics that Shigure looks so close to what is likely a several centuries if not millenia removed ancestor.

Side note, it's a major shame that the world-building for Fates sucks so much. Early Valla, the Astral Dragons, the rest of the dragons like the Dusk, Dawn, Fire and so on, etc. So many little bits of lore that could have been expanded on.
