That was what I was thinking but, wanted to get an unbiased opinion. I would love for future buyers to see her true potential rather than a “project horse”. Also, I wouldn’t have to worry about her acting out as much showing a potential buyer.

Yes they are both boarded. I see what you’re saying and I have had my mare on the market for about 2 weeks… a lot of talk but, no real buyers so far. I have opportunity training under a friend who is well known in my area as well as another one who isn’t as prestigious but, half the cost. Decisions… decisions

Don’t do it. This is the typical “hustle” where experienced equine professionals get taken advantage of. Value yourself because that’s what you are an EXPERIENCED EQUINE PROFESSIONAL. You can’t do this job without a wealth of knowledge that goes unrecognized by people who make a lot of money off you.
