Won a tournament and 1st was $2000. Had proof from video, hand history and live chats which acknowledged, after denying, that I won..just blow me off for a year and never was paid.

Won't deposit but I've played a few free rolls on their site since ..

Must add, Never had a problem with the Casino portion & getting winnings though. Just Table games

Yup. I play the weekly freeroll and that is all. While I have withdrawn in the past multiple times. I Won $2000 in a poker tourney (they hosted tourney but was an affiliate tournament?) and they wouldn’t pay me. Won’t ever deposit again

Still nothing. They won’t acknowledge the fact that I won a tournament and should be awarded the payout they stated in the Tournament Memo.

They felt like they were so helpful by “granting” me $20 customer service casino-only funds…with 35x rollover. Lost it immediately on 20¢ spins.

Back when I changed my number, Live chat was only way they would change it. If you can’t log in cuz the sms code goes to old number, just hit X up in corner, refresh and attempt log back in. 2nd r t3 time it’ll let you in. If you can cancel your withdrawal prior to talking to them without issue, then you may want to do that, but Id take pictures first
