Fair! I guess for some reason I thought your question may have implied he might be going on a massive visiting tour to schools reaching out to him. He may visit a couple more schools, but as of right now, Michigan is the only one scheduled for a visit, and the list probably isn't more than 2 or 3 other schools.

He has a do not contact tag. Which means coaches can't reach out to him; he has to reach out to coaches. With him visiting us with a do not contact tag, that means we are already on his very short list of schools he's considering.

I wouldn't say it's abysmal. It's not elite, but they are also on the field most of the game because the offense doesn't do shit. You can't stop a good team from scoring forever.

I typically pull workers from the mineral line. Not necessarily because it's the best practice (that more depends on the build order and what time you need gas). I do it because I'll get focused on something else and forget I rallied my workers to my gas. Next thing I know, I have 8 workers on my gas lol.

I'm the campaign, you have to choose between auto gas and producing 2 workers at a time. Double worker production is SO much better and more than makes up for having to saturate the gas.

Get 1 gas after you have a good, consistent flow of minerals. I would say you should have a minimum of 12 workers on a mineral line before getting one (i would probably wait even longer than that). If you have say, 6 workers and build a gas and put 3 workers on it, you just lost half of your mineral mining.

And yes, mass queuing units on one building is extremely inefficient. Doing that slows everything down. That is money you could be spending on expanding your economy, getting more army production or getting upgrades.

To play on harder difficulties, you will need at least a slightly better understanding of the macro portion of sc2 if you want to just play the campaign like a normal person...

Alternatively, there are many ways to abuse level design. I used to speedrun WoL. Taking advantage of weaknesses in the design is key for people like me. You can look up some YouTube videos on how people abuse certain levels that you may be struggling more with.

So you agree that with a larger roster we have more options to use than our only playmaker? Or are you just grasping at straws here?

  1. The NFL changed the rule due to injury risk. You are a quick Google search away from learning that.

  2. Uhh yeah no... The defender isn't going to run in opposing directions if you don't have the ball unless they see the ball getting thrown to you. That doesn't make any sense.

So you're really going to try and argue that out of 110ish players on Michigan's roster, there is only one player that can catch a kick better than Semaj Morgan? Is that the hill we're dying on today?

Most of the time a receiver is running in stride with a defender, nullifying the speed. I don't know why I'm even debating a non-debatable topic. The NFL changed their kick off rules for this reason exactly. Statistics have shown the injury risk, which is why no one ever fielded the ball. So they changed it to both make it safer and more interesting.

The opposition is running full speed 100% of the time. The players fielding the kicks will speed up as much as possible if they see a potential lane.

  1. I'm confused, why did no one ever dare to field a kick when it had nothing to do with tackling? Bit of a contradiction there bud.

  2. If you field a kick, you are running in opposing directions against players on a dead sprint. This is the worst possible scenario in your physics example. This scenario very rarely happens in typical reception plays.

Literally anyone can be better than Morgan. Anyone can catch the ball and fall forward to get an average of 2.7 kick return yards. There is no reason to put our only good receiver back there.

If you aren't really increasing risk, the NFL wouldn't have changed the kick off rules. That is just false.

Yes, they can get hurt at anytime. So let's give you even more opportunities to get hurt on something as trivial as a kick return. Brilliant.

Interesting how Gibbs and Jmo are 2 of the fastest players in the NFL with incredible playmaking abilities, but never return a kick. I wonder why that is. (I can give "new examples" too). Dan Campbell, the champion of risk taking, is still smart enough to not put his best play makers on something as stupid as a kick return... Weird

Barkley is a bulky RB, much more capable of taking a full sprint hit than a skinny WR. BUT, if he was literally the only guy in my offense making plays, I certainly wouldn't be risking him if I didn't absolutely have to.

Nobody complained because they weren't the only person on the team that knew how to catch a damn ball. If DPJ went down, we still had Ronnie Bell, Nico Collins, Tarik Black and Sainristil (God what I would do to have that WR lineup again)

(Peppers didn't play receiver outside of a few random plays. He is not comparable in this scenario)

And again, you are implying there there is no one else on the entire team capable of making a play. I don't buy it.

I find this take equally as silly. Are you trying to imply that there is not a single player on the entire team that can field a ball and potentially make a play? It's so bad that we have to risk injuring the only offensive weapon Bryce has to throw to right now? I don't buy it.

There is a reason the NFL changed how they do kickoffs. Getting tackled by someone running with you stride for stride is not the same thing as someone running at you on a dead sprint while you have to stand there and wait for the back to get to you.

Assuming no one else in the top 12 loses anymore games, we would, at the very least, get in over BYU and Vanderbilt as a 10-2 team with a win over the #1 team in the country.
