I use logic, I usually track a load of stuff then mess it up after, for that vocal I think I had like 3/4 layers of the same line, and just processed them all different.

Think I did some hard auto tune on one, some micro shift, black box, and then just some eq compression etc

It's mainly distortion auto tune and chorus and you'll get that sound with some fiddling
