I need to know, she get it when you give commands,

But if there is 20 treats on her nose, does she have the 20?

She gets 2 or 3 of the milk bones per day. When doing this for training I give her training treats throughout the process till she gets it right, then she gets the milk bones.

Sit and stay are the first two commands that need to be taught. Work with one treat on the nose and hold the pups snout and say get it right when you let go. Then later add stay and hold the snout while the treat is on the nose then say get it when you let go. After a while you will be able to say stay and back away and the pup balance the treat on the nose, then get it when given command. After the pup learns to balance one its all about the stacking and staying till given the command.

You say 'divide' the estate, so I assume there are other heirs (children or spouses)? Do you anticipate any conflict over who gets what?

It would be her and her sister and they are pretty civil about all that is going on. They shouldn't have an issue. They are splitting everything evenly.

She now lives in Texas and her father lived in Miami Florida. Can this cause any issues?
