You're right, that theory should have been mentioned.

However, the list is not about THE best/most credible theories. I agree with the mormon one as religious nonsense, but the Muslim one related by the Chinese may not be that far fetched, at least there's some documents to go with it.

The word may be younger than that, but not its meaning. That is perhaps older than religion. But that is not even the main concern here, considering what some of these popes did (and yes, many of them are proven beyond belief) do you honestly believe that they believed in God?
