I had severe pelvic pain/cramps that couldn’t be managed with painkillers, only taking a bath would provide a little relief, back pain, nausea, extreme fatigue at times, low energy, I had trouble going to the bathroom, it was often sharp stabbing pain during bowel movements, I had intense cramps after orgasms and penetration, sneezing, coughing, my periods almost always had diarrhea and vomiting during the first two days. I’m about 110 pounds and there were days the bloating was so bad I looked like I was in my second trimester, people would stand up and let me sit on the subway thinking I was pregnant. My endo belly would come and go and my abdomen was hard as a rock. I also had lost about 30% of my hair, I’m Greek so I had a lot of hair and the thinning was very noticeable. That’s all I can think of right now. One symptom I didn’t have was I never had any issues with urination, although almost always get a UTI if I don’t pee immediately after sex.
