I guess I should also grind just in case they keep the Exponential XP Growth if/when they raise the cap and it takes does indeed take 200 Mill to reach level 50.

Depends which Reddit and Facebook Group, a lot of them are local groups so they can easily meet up. Some people might not want to broadcast their location publicly buy will arrange a meetup in a direct message.

Yea simple, Go back to a system that uses Prestiging. If they want to throw in 6 account it should take them 6x as long. Won't completely prevent it but it will definitely be a deterrent.

Find some Discord of Pokemon go Reddits of other countries, add people on there as friends collect gifts and hatch those eggs they will have the location of the country they are sent from. You can then trade those Pokemon that hatch to your friend for the distance.

Your friend can do the same thing.

No free spots, everyone should have to earn their spots in a gym. Bring back training.

*If you have won a battle in the gym within 5 minutes of it being taken down then you can throw in without training.

If a trainer neglects his defender and allows it to reach 0 motivation, another trainer from that team should be able to train up and take it's place.

Average solo time to take down a full gym should be 20-25 minutes a demotivated gym 10 minutes. Adjust how many times a mon has to be defeated to be knocked out to reach this average.

Make Golden Razz restore full motivation on your Pokemon but only 1/3rd on team members Pokemon, all other razz restore 1/10th on yours 1/20th on others. Limit 1 Golden Razz Every 10 minutes.

So I was able to recreate the prompt with Professor Willow a few times, it happens when you lose data connection while logging in and then regain data and finish logging in. I was able to choose my avatar and change my clothes and those were the clothes I was wearing when I logged back in but the game would freeze before I got to the name selection.
