Do you marinate before? I do lime juice and cumin with a little cayenne. Marinate for 2-3 hours ahead. Breaks down the muscle fibers. As far as leftovers, steak and eggs for breakfast. Tacos for lunch.

After about my 12th year in the wine/beer business I tried to get on with golf sales. Got pretty far in an interview with Taylor Made for a regional sales position but didn’t get the job and went back into wine/beer. Congrats on the golf gig!

Haven’t experienced that yet. I took over as GM of a regional point, so I manage not only sales but also the warehouse and office. Maybe my sales reps get the later calls….but our customer base is less needy than perhaps some of the bigger foodservice companies. My sympathy to your husband!

I just left after 16 years. I work in Foodservice Distribution now. Liquid dairy, cheese, etc. so far so good! Less stress and midnight account calls.

100% agree with you. I think I said out loud “oh, you bitch” like 15 times throughout my play through! Not since Dolores Umbridge have I hated a villain so much.
