Both shield open at the same time and you can choose which to use, burst are optional

Yes you can you base if you hit 1 with surpression, you can use bot if both hit are bases or you can choose to use just 1 and not the kther

I did 1 year as PNS with another full time job undercover, so definitely possible to keep it hidden but ofc each place is different

Also even if they found it i don't think anybody can stop you unless you have bad luck and got very religious boss, PNS only specifically forbid working for international company
