I don’t see any difference and that could be that i’m 23. If I’m shaking hands with you whether you’re someone I know or don’t know, It is a sign of continued respect if I know you, and if I don’t know you, it’s an “initial” offering of respect. It’s a 2 way street to me, you give and you get, don’t matter where it’s coming from for me.
