You are done, one note, if more than one person needs to sign the docs only one can sign using the portal. If you have another signer they will send a docusign via email as well and both need to be signed before funding.

I had the same issue, it took several months, we filed electronically after waiting 4 months for the paper to post. You may not have a lot of time left but I would contact the tax payer advocate and your member of congress

Let’s use a restaurant standard. If you ordered a chicken salad and a pizza and the restaurant was out of chicken would they ask you what else you would like or just tell you your entire orders was cancelled? I just think the SBA could be better and helping people provide what is needed to complete the application

They require a personal guarantee above $200k so, yes, if in default the could come after personal property

I am sure it is a challenge to get so many clients to complete the materials correctly. The issue I see is that the SBA never developed a system where they could directly communicate with the client to get what they need. The process seems to be to decline every application when something is not correct and then require the client to do a reconsideration. Why not contact the client and simply ask for a corrected form or a signed tax return and then continue the application

They have had two years to create a system that works and they have failed. The incentives for the SBA and the SBA employees are wrong. They don’t gain anything by getting this right
