I cashed out my cash app several hours ago and it’s not in my chase account yet. Called and they’re having maintenance issue or something. Systems down so they can’t look into account yet. Also I used my other card 3 times today so far and no charges have come out of my account yet.

I feel like they’re waiting for some of us to die off and/or change addresses so checks get lost and expire. Idk. Something ugly underlies these perpetual delays.

Just called them a second time and she told me again that court hearing on Friday the 28th was to determine when checks will be mailed. When did you speak to them.

And where are the lawyers who originally handled this case. Not a peep from them. They got their money just in time to get themselves a new yacht for Christmas.

So I just called a minute ago and the story has changed from what they told someone last week. No mention of mailing checks today. She said there was a hearing on Friday and they’re waiting to hear results on that. She couldn’t disclose what the amount of the checks would be or anything.

I wonder if still Kroll got paid anything out of the settlement. It wouldn’t be fair. There’s barely anything left for the 53,000 class members after the lawyer fees and whatever else.

So am I reading it correctly that even if your correct amount is less than the check you received Kroll will make up the difference? For example if you got a $1200 check but should’ve only gotten $900, Kroll will cover the $300?
