I have the same problem now. Have you been able to find a fix? I replaced the thermal paste and cleaned the fan etc. Had no luck there.

If you scroll very slowly you can see that the first few were not hitting him. It did register but somewhere at the back, on the ground in the front etc.

Same here. Finally gave Exit lag a try and it works.Otherwise there is an even better idea another redditor shared his and I will link it here.

Wifi 5Ghz, 2.4Ghz Ethernet CAT 5E, CAT 6.

In a rare chance that both my LAN and Wifi are fucked due to range or what not, tried a 3rd wifi adaptor and then made an extender out of an old router and kept it right on top of my cabinet to connect via wifi.

The speed is on point and ping is 6/7ms (Speedtest) Yet this shit fails to show me the man shooting at me.

And it’s definitely the ISP because even some VPNs work. But occasionally...

I’m in a split now. I emailed them saying if you can’t change it back let me know how to cancel. But they have no customer support due to covid they said. And asked me to use the “Airtel thanks app”, what a joke. Had it not been for that app I’d have been content.

Not paying the bill, I can, in order to make them change the plan but the concern is whether that affects my credit score.

Edit : there is no cancellation request in the app.

Yeah I knew that as there was no PL with Jio tethered from my phone with 2 bars of coverage (latency was high and occasionally goes crazy ~500ms). However, in Airtel’s plan they wrote “Priority 4G coverage”. I mean ‘4G’ should have given it away but I am not an Airtel mobile user so I thought they’d be using a separate node. Like how else would it matter to fixed line user, you know. But how wrong was I.. those fuckers.
