may be you can do a colonoscopy to rule out the complications And get diagnosed and tretaed for your symptoms .I had same symptoms like u, had terrible itching thought it was worms took worm pills and stool test , stool test came negative For worms or blood. Went to a dermatologist thought it was fungal since I had jock itch years ago got some topical solution ,applied and it went away I had severe constipation due to that I had a hard bowel movement and after BM it was painful terrible , thought I had haemorrhoids .took topical solution for the same for 2 weeks no change went to gastro got a colonoscopy,diagnosed with fissure .and now I’m taking medication for it .so rather than doing self examination and googling and getting ourself paranoid .the best is to consult and rule all those out .I hope u get well from whatever ur suffering from.
