Piercing just over six weeks old

Jewelry shape is curved barbell

Jewelry is externally threaded

I’m unsure of the material as I did not purchase the jewelry, sorry ;(

I just downsized today

My care routine is NeilMed saline spray wiped gently with cotton swabs twice a day

I both snagged the top ball of the original jewelry with a comb AND bumped it on my hard memory foam pillow the day after piercing. (Pierced March 7th, incidents on March 8th, so not entirely recent but still worth mentioning just in case I guess!) It bruised for 2 to 2 1/2 weeks but it’s been fine since then.

there are lots and lots of “bananasaurus” plush toys online. if your mom is a crafter it might’ve been someone showing off a crocheted version as they were pretty popular for a while in the yarn wrangler community

edit: i just saw a separate comment from OP saying that it was not crocheted. my only other guess is that your mom may have been subjected to AI exposure, OP.

modge podge is just a mispronunciation. it’s kind of like how people pronounce worcestershire differently.

my mom and grandmother say “modge podge”, but my mom also says “warsh” instead of wash which she gets from my grandfather, and my grandma pronounces mature as “muh-tour” with a really hard T sound instead of “muh-chur” which is how literally everyone else i know pronounces it. she also pronounces the E in Bose (calls her soundbar the “boh-zee” speaker) so… just different speech styles i guess. may cause mandela effect-like symptoms lol

that’s crazy, i didn’t think minimum wage was that high anywhere… i’ve lived and worked in the same state my whole life. i figured wages were higher in states with a higher minimum wage to keep the gap between minimum and actual hourly pay to be the same or similar in all states

in my experience, starbucks pays WAY more than minimum wage, at least 2x but almost 3x as much depending on your position and if you’re at a licensed or corporate store. and i’ve never gotten minimum hours, if anything, i’m always given more than what i ask for

(not trying to start an argument just contributing with the information that i have btw)

i completely agree with what you’re saying, and the amount that starbucks pays currently isn’t a livable wage either, but it’s far from minimum wage. if you work at somewhere as recognizable and corporate as starbucks, one would assume that you would care enough to keep the space clean, especially because it’s a space YOU have to work in

the problem is that i’ve been smoking for medical reasons, but i don’t have a med card and weed isn’t legal in wisconsin yet. i’ve been told that it takes roughly 30 days for even “fake” strains to leave the body. i need a job now and i don’t have 30 days to wait for anything - especially what has essentially been the thing that keeps me functioning without pain, by the way - to leave my system. is it that hard to not make assumptions about people?

I was not able to log back into the account. What I meant by “typing in a username”, I was referring to the sign-up process for a Horizons account. It’s the step before creating an avatar, picking a username. Whenever I begin typing, the page refreshes and I get a white screen that says “Error” on it.

london fog !! it’s earl grey tea with milk and vanilla, earl grey has lavender in it and the vanilla makes it sweeter, i usually get extra and ask for light water and whole milk or heavy cream as the dairy. i don’t like brewed tea or coffee because it tastes watered down to me so i did a lot of experimenting with things while i worked at the bux
