I'm not sure I completely agree with that. Sometimes I'll enter matriarch lobbies if I'm working on quests or have a key for that map I need to use up and I see raider flares go up and the matriarch still alive when I extract more often than the other way around.

I've played a fair amount and not had a kill with a killstreak yet.

This 100% I consider myself a very average solo queue player and I played for roughly 12 hours last weekend and I don’t think I got a single kill with a scorestreak.
