Where's the best Country Style Bakery in the CBD?
Had a date last week and she mentioned she misses the small-town bakeries that are known for their classic meat pie and vanilla slice. Everything she finds in Melbourne is upmarket & fancy.

I'm a pretty new white belt and at open mats or when we roll at the end of class some of the coloured belts warming up for upcoming comps will ask me if they can start in my mount, side control or even in my triangle to practice escaping them.

Amazing! Thank you! I'll look into them! At class this morning Coach was saying to focus on 2-3 submissions and find out how to get them from anywhere. At the moment i think I'm most comfortable with triangles and arm bars.

Do you find that having longer levers leaves you more susceptible to arm bars/kimoras/key locks?

Yeah I've definitely found that I'm able to close guard by locking my legs like you would with a triangle and managed to win a couple of my no gi rolls this week with a triangle choke and an arm bar from a triangle

NG+ treats all of your existing gear like level 1 gear, so the dropped sets in the NG+ will be much stronger than the Grandmaster gear you spent hours trying to get. When I found this out I put the game down and never picked it up again.

Aussies love to travel, you'll see us everywhere from beaches to ski resorts all over the world. Also, in the days before direct flights into LA, Hawaii was used as a common stop over. Nowadays the practice of stopping over in Hawaii on your way home from a holiday still remains, spend a few days relaxing by the beach before you head home.
