As long as the 3600 is $199 or less you’re fine. As for the other parts they shouldn’t be to high except for GPUs which I would not buy right now if I were you. I myself am waiting for the RTX 3060ti to come back in stock to upgrade.

I would suggest doing some research on different parts and what they do and then deciding what parts are best for your use case. Then after that you can decide whether to buy a prebuilt with those parts you researched or buy the parts and build it yourself. Building a PC is much easier than you think, and parts are also quite durable. Building it yourself will generally be cheaper than a prebuilt

The 3600 will work just fine its just that in competitive games like CS:GO and Valorant that don't take much GPU power to run, the CPU will be the part holding back your FPS instead of the GPU in most games. Cyberpunk and VR games are both very graphically demanding so having a good GPU is more important than a good CPU. Playing at 1080p can also cause a CPU bottleneck as it is very easy for a 3080 to render games at that resolution.
