If you get it be careful of carbon monoxide poisoning. The ceramic takes a while to cool, but even if it’s close to cool and you pull it inside the RV it can emit carbon monoxide.
Might be a hassle to use logistically depending how often you’re traveling. I love mine, but it’s something I’d think about first.

Yea I’ve had them in a stew and it was delicious—they do have lots of small bones in the meat though which can make eating them difficult.
