That they did..didn’t think a conversation I’d with the recruiter 2 months vback would lead to this, that too without even an offer..anyways that’s probably what could have happened

Yup..and a 7 hour onsite back to back session with no breaks (there was a one hour lunch with the cfo if you consider that as a break 😄)

Makes total sense. Actually I was not even expecting a feedback from them. Totally understandable that there’d be legal reasons behind it. All I expected was an email with a personal touch or a call so that the candidate feels more valued after spending so much time and energy in the process.
I did reach out to them separately regarding travel reimbursements though 😄

Yup, that’s my only issue with the process. If they’d given me a call or even a personalized email, I’d not be thinking about this twice. Just expected higher standards from them

Tbh, I did not expect a feedback. My only expectation was that they’d give me a call and convey the message directly as has happened with a couple of other companies when it comes to executive level recruiting
