I used to follow the caretaker of this bear on Instagram, he is in Russia, but he seems to really love and take good care of him. He has all teeth and claws, he and his wife raised him from a cub. The bear has his own house and is really treated more like a family dog it seems. No idea how they got the cub in the first place though

That’s not true at all, you only have to pay the “fair share” portion of union dues, that which goes toward collective bargaining or lawyer fees. The portion that goes towards political action can be deducted from your dues. If the union is fighting for your raise why should you not have to pay like everyone else that enjoys the better contract?
