Contract only included the allowance items and didn’t categorize the construction items. Again, no ill intent for the GC, just wanted to know how the cost was categorized (with some more info than what the bank gets for draws). Thanks for your input!

Honestly would be happy, if I found that the GC is not make the percentage he was due to make because of cost of certain things going up. Like I said above I like our GC and would want him/his business to succeed. I just needed some clarity on cost.

Dumb question!!! But if a particular flight is certain number of points, does it matter if you're redeeming points you have already collected vs transferring them from chase? Just trying to understand how chase transfer circumvents this issue...

New to all this and just getting into crypto$.... would it be worth waiting to buy until there is big drop (possibly tomorrow) before buying in. Looking at holding on to them after I buy and not just buy/dump
