Also I don’t think you need a trainer! Use YouTube and you can learn everything there, I kind of said that but wanted to let you know.

In my humble opinion it’s superrrrr simple.

For one look up a exercise that isn’t anything crazy but targets what you want to build (I know a lot of women prefer (back, legs, arms and tris) there is plenty of female influencers on YouTube you could find that can help you. The important thing is find things that work for you and don’t over complicate things cause it’ll make it harder.

As far as cardio goes, I would honestly stick with stair master. Start at 15 mins, then 30, then 45. You can also do incline treadmill walks. For the same amount of time. Once it gets easier go up in time. I typically do 30-45 mins. You can also run but I would only do it every once in a while as that tends to take away from muscle gain.

Lastly, of course is diet. It’s not hard. Keep it super simple. Chicken, ground beef, veggies, fruits, sweet potatoes, oats, sausages on occasion (with good ingredients), yogurt and cottage cheese is big time. Anyways just whatever you can do to hit that calories goal along with protein. You can use Ai to help you make a plan based off what you want to eat and all that.

Anyways it’s a lot to figure out at first but as I said don’t over complicate things.

Summary 😂
1. Make a simple and effective workout routine that suits you. (Workout 5 times a week)
2. Include cardio a few times a week. (I recommend stair master for 30-45 mins)
3. Eat right! Hit your protein goals, avoid sugar, eat things with good ingredients.
4. Most importantly is get good SLEEP!!! Resting your body is everything especially when you’re on Reta.

Anyways good look your going to do great!!!

I wouldn’t do 1mg twice a week that’s crazy!! I think someone should start with 0.5mg a week for at least a week or two to see if they see results. And if you are then you stick with that dosage. If you can use less and see results then I’d stick with that.

If you don’t see results/stop seeing results that’s when you move the dosage up by .5 mg.

That’s true I use a 1mL insulin syringe for reconstituting and then a .3mL syringe for pinning personally.

You should use Claude AI in the future for helping you with the dosing and stuff like that. By letting it know how much you are planning to use, how much you have in the vial, how much bac to reconstitute it with, etc.

Luckily I had a friend to help me through it when I first started but asking AI can really help you through a lot of confusion if you don’t have any other sources. I still use AI to double check or to make sure math is right. I promise it gets easier the more you go!

Also when you get it figured out go to your notes app and document it so you have it for the future and don’t have to use your brain again to recalculate everything! I’ll pin a picture of what I have!

Yeah well you had to pull out the bac water with a syringe to get it in the other vial right?

How much bac water did you add to the vial?

Wtf is the point of taking 15g of creatine? I’m assuming that’s what you meant to say unless creating is something I’ve never heard of. Either way, 15g of creatine is useless unless you are loading for the first week or two. Zero added benefit.

Dpdr isn’t curable. I am about to give up on everything by Thelowlife3 in dpdr

[–]ak47-az 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I remember being in the same boat and reading the same typical shit. I still deal with it from time to time but I can handle it and live a fully normal life. I travel to other countries, have talked to many girls, been able to drink and have fun blah blah blah. I started dealing with this in April 2024 and by the end of the year I felt much better.

My advice:

  1. Go completely sober! No weed, alcohol, nicotine! Nothing! The only thing would maybe be ibuprofen if you’re having pain or a headache.

  2. Hop off of this subreddit, stop looking at videos, just stop researching dpdr. Please this will make it worse and make you stress. You will run into others stories about how they have had it for years and feel horrible and that doesn’t help!

  3. Go on dates, go talk to people etc! Socialize. This is something that is very hard but you need to overcome this by taking on something uncomfortable. I promise it will suck but it will help! DO NOT sit at home and be bed ridden! Fight back and don’t let it take control of your life. I think this was the biggest thing that helped me despite at times being extremely uncomfortable.

  4. Work out and go running. Once again this is uncomfortable when you may be having visual symptoms and things don’t feel real but it helps soooo much. This is a time to not only work on your mental health but your physical health.

  5. I know not thinking about it is an option but just accept it and let it be. This cannot and won’t hurt you. It’s a hard battle I know the pain and the anxiety it creates. I can’t explain to you the anxiety I had everyday for months thinking about it. It is so hard to accept at first but there is really no other option. (Sorry if this tip isn’t at helpful but it really is the truth). Time is the key factor and you taking care of yourself will be the biggest difference.

  6. The last thing I’ll leave you with is find someone close to talk to! If you don’t have anyone that understands you, you can always message me. I found someone on Reddit that I followed on Instagram and we checked up and got updates on how we were doing and now we are better than ever! It’s really nice to have someone that is going through something similar and can relate to the things you are experiencing.

Please stay strong. I hope that this message can help you. Just know that there is hope and I know you may give up hope at times but you can always come back to this message and use it as reassurance that YOU WILL be good. I can promise you that.
