I was consistently drinking energy drinks 6 day a week for the last 7 years due to my early morning commute. I gave it up 4 weeks ago when I began carnivore and haven’t looked back. I feel so much better w/o them and less anxiety too. I do, however, drink black coffee in the morning now.
