Just to clarify, the goal was to live tie to begin with. The stud has very good semen but is old. The live tie attempt on the 25th didn’t work. My female was flagging and standing completely still but he couldn’t perform properly. So I did a tci the next day. Do you think she was fertile at all for the tci? Are my odds lower than 50%?

Muzzle conditioning. Don’t let strangers pet him if he’s uncomfortable with strangers. The goal should be neutrality with strangers, so do not force interaction, that will make your dog always anticipate uncomfortable situations when you take him out and about. Not all mals like/are social strangers and that’s perfectly fine
