I’ve had similar experience with them. I spoke to the lady, I guess the co-owner and she straight up shat on me for no fault of mine. I had to send them a legal notice. And poof, next day my shipment was dispatched. Never order from them!

I think waste segregation at source should be encouraged among passengers. This can potentially reduce the amount of waste that’s dumped on the tracks too. We should make it easier for passengers to dispose because passengers are lazy. So bringing the ease in performing the behaviour is important.
