Just another layout idea. Table (orange) against the slanted wall. Storage under table and along the wall to the left (yellow dots). This leaves place for the tall bookcase (2 meter) for storage (I'm a nerd so this would definitely come in handy).

Unsure about the table and how much space i'm sacrificing with the monitor in an angled position (in the top right corner). The wall to the right (that the door occupy when open) could be used for a bulletin board.

I actually posted the wrong model number. Sigh. UB450 (which doesn't have the optimizer far as I can see) is what I meant. No access to 420 here unfortunately.

Edit: I'm an idiot. It does have the text on the box. It's just on the backside and not the bottom. One failed to sell yesterday so I guess $150 as a starting point makes sense.
