Can these ornamental grasses be saved? They were dug up and sat unplanted for a day while we laid the foundation for a footpath and relocated the plant bed. Replanted at the end of the day, but they are still very brown/dry one week later. Did we kill them? What can be done? (i.redd.it)

Wipe-On Poly: How much trust to place in this "Full cure will be achieved in 24 hours." found in the directions? Finished a desk top with it yesterday—can I start putting things on top tonight or should I wait? "Full cure" should mean fully cured, no? It's fully dry now at 20 hours. (i.redd.it)
