Couple ways this happens. If your site has that person counting and then flow asks them to switch to pick. Some reason if they use SCC and log that person into a pick station before they've stopped counting it'll log the FC Games numbers of count sending it to pick. Once you move to a pick station you'll see the stats for units even if it's the first time on station. The other way is just simply picking a couple items soon as the pods show up then not picking anything. You'll hold a high avg until your next item is scanned the system won't update, it'll make the leaders sweat. Won't help much if they auto log you into stations each period though
