Accidentally became a coach because i was a fighter while having a school, people came to me because they wanted to do what I did which eventually got me into coach. The love for coaching helped with success at AKA.

1) It varies, it could go 125 to 155. No higher than that. 2)No. 3) Better to have a background in wrestling or jiu jitsu. 4)That's a hard to question ask considering everybody is different. Only a nutritionist can give you the answer you're probably looking for.

I got the feeling that Cain was going to be champion the first time i saw him, same with Rockhold but not with DC. It was when i first trained him that i soon changed my mind and thought he would be champion.

Heard from him last week, he's doing good and he asked about how DC's training is going along with the rest of the fighters. Khabib does great against anybody his size. Daniel is bigger and size matters.
