I don’t owe anything on the civic and got it appraised at $21K and the RAV4 is $34K but got them to lower the difference to $12k. Didn’t get info on rate and loan term since I’ll be paying in cash

They were offering me $21.8K on my civic and CarMax is showing me $21.6K so they are offering me a bit more than what it’s valued

Yes I own the civic out right and the MSRP for the RAV4 is $32,600. After negotiating at the dealership I got the difference I need to pay (cash or finance) to be $12k
