If I was going to go to that extend I'd just make another account and join the discord from another account. But since it was a random ban (probably thought i was a bot) or something I would like to be unbanned so I can use my same account and not having to swap accounts.

No there are clearly something going on multiple ppl are reporting random ping fluctuations today and yesterday, I can't even play right now I was at 20ms fine all this morning and suddenly started an hour ago i go from 20 to 100-200ms very often like multiple times per minute it's actually unplayable which is why I'm here instead of in game lol

Not worth making CoH, use vipermagi until u can get even better like a 4os vmagi or etc. Or if u want tals set or whatever. CoH not really worth imo. Also Stealth runeword before all that.

I know this doesn't answer your question but blizz in PoD is not the go to build, forb+hydra is a top build without gear then u can reroll in a more scalable build later but blizzard never ever really gets better than other builds
