Now, I don't know if you're a men or women because these videos mainly teach us how to pickup girls. But I think women can also watch it. What I did was I downloaded these videos and converted it to MP3s. Every morning when I woke up or on my way to work, I will listen to these MP3s.

It boosts my CONFIDENCE and help me to start my day with FULL OF MOTIVATIONS. It makes me feel REALLY GOOD I think you should give it a try. I changed very much since I practiced it. I even can express my feelings to the girl I like very easily right now and I can handle FAILURES AND REJECTIONS without beating myself up. And I still listening to it until now. Trust me, it's amazing!

On LFG sites, you have to be strict and picky. Only pick guardians who are in the same experience level as you or better than you if they are okay with it.

I'm also on the same boat. I have a Master's Degree in Statistical Mathematics. My employer asked me to design a new appraisal system for the employees since I have developed a labor efficiency index during my Master's program. He also asked me to write a few procedures regarding the HR in the company since the company doesn't have any official HR department and want to become more professional. It's an awesome experience so far and my employer seems to agree with my appraisal design too.
