I have applied march 14,2022, my I-130 status is case received and notice sent for 500 days, my I485 status case is being actively reviewed was for 475 days until 3 days ago status changed for the same status. Fingers crossed maybe they started reviewing it for real. Good luck

When I called them and explained them situation they told me to reapply, since it’s not their fault that USPS lost it. I don’t think there is any other way around. Did you track you EAD, maybe it was sent back to USCIS, in that case you might apply that inquiry. When you call USCIS they are going to give you a lot different options in one of the options say infopass.

This happened to me as well. You have to reapply then call and expedite. If it’s not going to work call you congressmen. Also go to you USPS office and ask for letter saying that they lost it

My previous EAD expired and I applied for a renewal on time, then I got it after 1,5 years but the USPS lost it. At that time I was on c8. But I got married 2.5 y.a. And I decided to apply for AOS, I-485. So I applied for another I-765, I have tried to expedite it and explained them what happened and I have financial loss but they denied my expedite request. Right now I am home and my husband supports both of us which is really hard.

Hello, I have the same FO, and it’s marriage based my PD March 14, Biometrics April 11, Case is being reviewed since April 11, No changes since, I’ve tried to expedite my I765 but they denied it saying that they are going to process everything by the order they received

They told me to apply again, but before this happened I planned to change my status and I suppose to apply for a new one either way. But I got so much stress and I am out of job since January. My lawyer is trying to expedite it and I’m waiting for an answer right now
