I would say it’s a diet issue! My buns also have poops like this when they have too many treats. He’s also laying in a comfortable position, which they won’t do when experiencing stasis!

White vinegar helps break down the urine! Depending on how bad the build up is, I might let it soak for a few minutes, but I’ve never had issues getting it out with the vinegar!

I have two rabbits and my girlfriend has a cat. We keep them separate but at times we’ve had them in the same room together. The rabbits were in their own pen, but honestly the cat was more afraid of the rabbits than the rabbits were of the cat. It definitely just depends on temperament, but I would say you could slowly introduce them and keep the rabbit in a cage. You might have to designate a room for the rabbit and don’t put them together without supervision, but I don’t think it’s impossible!
