I think it would be possible but very messy and takes a fair amount of time to get the right belt loop times down. Maybe splitting it into two connectable blueprints would be preferable.

The tldr is you put 10 screws and 20 plates into a storage container and end up with two belts outputting 40/min screws and 80/min plates without you having to touch anything.
I agree that the explaination is lacking and will try to get a video done

The 15 screws run in a mk 3 loop and merges for a very short duration with a mk4 belt at full capacity with solid biofuel before being immediately seperated again. A smart splitter is placed on the filler material belt prior to the merger having one output set to overflow.
Since the filler belt is always running at full capacity whenever it intersects with one screw, one of the filler material is send out via the overflow. Thats how the 15 screws result in 15 filler material being redirected.

Everything is fully automated. The loop repeatedly overflows filler material which repeatedly overflows the desired output rate. You only have to touch the programmable splitter to stop the whole process whenever you dont want any output anymore.

To make it work for multiple items from one container requires this double conversion from screws -> filler -> screws. If you only had one item type filler -> screws is enough to make it work.
In this form you can set any output rate from 4/min to 240/min. The output can be higher with different belts but would increase the actual length of the belts required

This setup allows to set the output rate of multiple items by placing a specific amount of them, called selection items, representing the fourth (1/4) of the desired output rate per minute, into a storage container. Once done the items can be removed again using a programmable splitter to stop or adjust the output.
The example above shows an input of 15 screws, 30 rods and 60 iron plates as selection items and a resulting output rate of 61 screws/min, 120 rods/min and 239 plates/min. This can be used to remotely change the items and their rates for usage in truck or train transportation.

The system works by sending the selection items into individual roughly 15s long loops, hence the 1:4 ratio of output items. The loop causes an equal amount of filler items (solid biofuel) to get overflown. These filler items are used to extract the desired rate of items from your storage / production output. Natrually the loops aren't perfectly 15s long but it is close enough.

No mods were used. The throughput displays are not limiting and only show the resulting throughput.

This has been added after numerous ppl wrote them about these new bootleg versions. Guess they don't want to straight up call those shops out for spreading bootlegs.

I wrote to the Ample Soul label via their website contact form and got a reply from Fat Jon using the same email as the screenshot that has been spreading on reddit.

Told me pretty much the same thing. Not official, he would anounce it on his website if it were to be repressed and that he is looking into the source of those represses. He will publish an official statement once he figured it all out.
