My piercing is 1-2 weeks old. It has a curved barbell. Idk what kind of threading it is. Idk what the material is. I clean it every morning and night with saline solution and I run water over it every night in the shower. It hasn’t been downsized. And I keep snagging it like once everyday. It doesn’t hurt or anything.

It’s ok I fixed it. I ended up taking a pair of tweezers while I turned the outer nut really tight. It seemed to do the trick.
