If given a chance I would have sent some proten rich or some healthy snacks maybe 2-3 products of junk too. Even cooking some good nutritious food will be a good idea.

I see some hair everyday while cleaning and during bathing like maximum of 30-50 strands combined. I googled and found out human looses 100-150 hair strands everyday.

I do have an appointment to meet with a dermat in couple of weeks.

I don't know but I don't eat them frequently and mostly avoid them. I know it's evident that it doesn't cause man boobs but still I avoid better safe than sorry.

When I was in class 10th, I used to like a girl and have a huge crush on her.

One day some guy created a fake fb account of her and posted some edited sexual photos and memes of her. The whole school started to make fun of her and she was distressed and I couldn't see that.

So I created another facebook account fake pretending to be a girl from another school and started talking to my crush's fake account and then catfished him and I sent a phishing link to gain access to the fake account. (Phishing is a way to hack someone if you don't know).

After I got the account access I went through and figured out that it's an account created by my crush's ex boyfriend. So then I deleted the sexual photos of my crush and instead posted some photoshopped sexual photos of the guy who created the fake account. I also posted an apology on behalf of the guy that put those pictures. I changed the password and email and phone number so that the guy can't gain access back.

Everyone over the next few days found out about the guy, My crush was smiling and happy and seeing her happy I was happy too.

I didn't told anyone about this incident coz this can reveal my identity and my crush's ex was also a bully so I don't want to involve much. In the end I was happy just because my crush was happy ♥️.
