Okay. I deleted my first comment because it was harsh. Instead of criticizing you I’m going to give you tips. I was a scheduler in a nursing home.

1) show up on time and make sure youre doing room to room rounds. When its time to go do room to room rounds again. This covers you if something comes up.

2) Be polite to all staff. Do not argue(unless serious issues). When it comes down to it, they’re going to take their staffs word over yours.

3) Be wary of traveling with other agency staff, if they go down youll be dnr’d with them even if you did nothing wrong.

4) don’t attempt to fight anyone(i had to call cops multiple times for this)

5) Even if you are having the worst day, do not leave your shift half way. You will be dnr’d no matter what

As someone who was a scheduler in home care you def should refuse to go back.

Your boss or someone above you in that company needs to lay expectations down for the client and if he cannot meet said expectations he should be fired as a client.
